I think we should run an IRV vote

Everybody writes down an ordered list of preferences, e.g.
1. Foo
2. Bar
3. Baz

Only the first vote is "active".  Votes are summed up and if something
has 50%, it wins.  If not, the choice with the fewest votes is removed,
and all votes that have that choice as #1 jump to #2.  Repeat.

I suggest we use the data we have now to eliminate some choices, and
also as a tiebreaker when a choice needs to be removed (by removing the
one with the largest number of "don't like" votes first).
